About Paul Karcher

 Paul grew up in central New York, just outside of Syracuse in a small town named, Fremont. At age 20 he entered the the financial business, selling life insurance for a major insurance company. At that time he was the youngest man in the state to be a licensed insurance agent.

 In 1985 he moved to the investment side of the business. In 1986 he moved to southeastern Pennsylvania accepting a position with one of the largest New York stock exchange member firms. He has spent the last twenty years with the same firm.


 Paul is a sought after speaker in the mid-atlanic region. He has also been a guest instuctor at a local community college.


 For the past ten years he and his family have sailed the Chesapeake on their 34 foot sailboat, "Meaningful Timeframes". After all these years, Paul still believes the following statement to be true. Most of my money was spent on wine, and sailing... the rest I foolishly squandered.

 Papercut, The Apophis Conspiracy, is his first full novel. The sequel "The Compton Effect" is his current project.
